Launched in 2021 and located in Malvern PA, its mission is addressing unmet medical needs by leveraging artificial intelligence to generate protein drugs in silico with desired biophysical, functional, and pharmacological properties.

We seek a highly motivated and energetic scientist/senior scientist with a strong scientific background and extensive hands-on experience in cell & molecular biology to join our R&D team. The position offers an exciting opportunity to not only engage in the discovery and molecular engineering of biotherapeutics but also develop new processes and technologies for therapeutic discovery.

Responsibilities

The candidate will work broadly on the discovery and development of new protein for therapeutics. Activities will include but not limited to library construction and screening; protein expression, purification, quantification and characterization; target identification and validation; biological/functional assay development. He/she will develop and optimize procedures; document experiments and findings; draft SOPs and present research reports.

Qualifications

• PhD in molecular biology, biochemistry, genetics, immunology or related fields with at least 8 years of experience in laboratory research.

• Hands-on experience with cell-based assay, ELISA and FACS.

• Research experience with ubiquitin-proteasome and/or autophagy pathway is a plus.

• Experience working with protein purification and structural biology is a plus.

• Experience in cancer biology or immuno-oncology is a plus.

• Experience in genomics and next-generation sequencing is a plus.

• Proven track records of scientific accomplishments.
